This is Trump's Threat to the State Against the Recognition of Jerusalem

The UN General Assembly will hold an emergency session on Thursday, December 21. On the occasion there will be a vote on a draft resolution that rejects Donald Trump's recognition of Jerusalem as the capital of Israel.
An emergency session was forced following a veto issued by the United States against a previous draft resolution in the UN Security Council forum.
In response to the UN General Assembly's emergency session, Trump also threatened. The 45th US President warned of holding back "billions" of dollars in aid to countries supporting the draft resolution of the rejection of the confession of Jerusalem.
Trump's threat came after US Ambassador to the UN, Nikki Haley, first released an ultimatum that he would "record" which countries supported the birth of the resolution.

The Trump statement is said to be aimed at UN member states of African, Asian and Latin American origin who are considered more vulnerable to US pressure.
