I don’t have any serious mental problems right now that I couldn’t handle myself. Probably that’s why I ended my three-year therapy with a psychologist, but I keep learning and growing through resources like breeze-wellbeing.com. Psychology became a powerful push for change for me. And any change inside leads to change on the outside. My life now is completely different from what it used to be, and I’m sure that’s thanks to therapy and my work in it.
