"SEC-S29W5:My Progressive Action (dumbbell sit-up)"

in #proactfitsec-s29w53 days ago (edited)

I sincerely thank dear @marvinvelasquez & @ngoenyi for organizing such a wonderful contest.

This is my second time joining this contest here. Along with that, this week I will try to do everything properly so that you can see all of my activities clearly and well.

Today I started with dumbbell sit-ups. Here I first fixed the dumbbells that I had and I took a 2 liter water bottle along with that I did 10 sit-ups on the first day which I liked doing a little bit at first but it was a little difficult to do the last ones but after doing them I feel a different calmness.

  • My exercise experience on that day:

At first when I was doing it slowly it felt good then after doing it a few times I increased the speed and as I kept increasing the speed it started getting a little difficult when I went towards the very end i.e. number 7 then I started doing it slowly and I did it with a good amount of time till finally I was able to do it very well.

The next day, I started exercising again and performed it very well. The last day, it took me a lot of time to do ten, but today it didn't take me any time at all, so I added five more to the ten and did it all together.

As I slowly increased it, I felt a little pain here, along with the joy it was giving me, because it was a little difficult to increase it little by little every day, so I still did it, but I found that it felt pretty good afterwards.

On this day, I increased it even more. Since the last few days, I have increased it a little more here today and after increasing these I saw that I was able to do everything very well and after gradually increasing it was working a little differently.

On previous day, I did 15 repetitions, and today I added five more, making a total of 20 repetitions. While doing this, I performed it quite well, and at the same time, I felt a special sense of satisfaction.

Hi, @bijoy1

It's a pleasure to see that you've accepted our challenge, welcome! Here is our evaluation of your participation:

I see you've started again, that's great. The only thing I noticed in your presentation is that you edited the videos from the last two days to complete the series. It was clear you were uncomfortable with the exercise in those two sessions, perhaps because of the space or your clothing, which wasn't suitable. I'm sure you can do better.
