"SEC-S29W5:My Progressive Action (Skipping Rope)"

Today, in the 4th week of Steemit Challenge 29, I will be participating in @ngoenyi @marvinvelasquez ma'am/Sir "SEC-S29W5:My Progressive Action (add your chosen program here)" - competition, I hope everyone enjoys it.

As you can see, today is the 5th week, towards the end of the 29th season, I have accepted this challenge from the beginning and have had a plan to do 18 days of exercise. Today I have completed 15 days of exercise. There are 3 more days of exercise. As a result of this exercise, I have been able to maintain the balance of my body, and it has brought many benefits to me. I had chosen the skipping rope exercise from the beginning so that by doing this, I could bring about changes in my body. However, according to the rules of the challenge, I have increased the number of exercises by 5 every day.

The day was Monday, this is my 13th day of exercise, this is the last time I did 111 skipping ropes, but today I have increased it by 5 more and will do 116.

I come from the office in the evening and freshen up, and wear exercise clothes. This has given me a lot of confidence to do the exercise.
First, I took a rope to do this. Holding the 2 ends of the rope, I jumped from behind on the ground and under my feet so that the rope would not get stuck in my feet, and then I continued. In this way, I easily completed 116, and at the end, I lost my balance a little, so I jumped big.

Doing this made my body sweat, increased my heart rate quickly, and helped me to keep my breath longer.

The 2nd day was the next, and this day was different for me. I came home after finishing at the office and got fresh. Then I got ready for the exercise. Today I have to do 5 more than yesterday, so it will be 121. It is a lot of numbers, so it feels different as soon as I see the numbers.

But I have to do this, I got ready with my rope with full confidence, and started the exercise. From the beginning, I keep doing it at full speed, or the number seems more to me, so I keep doing it quickly, and when I come to the last stage, my heart rate increases, and it is a little difficult to count.

As a result of doing the exercise, all the organs and muscles of my body move easily, and the joints start working well. This pretend jumping keeps my heart healthy and reduces blood cholesterol.

The day was Wednesday, when I had a day off from work, I prepared to do the exercise in the afternoon. Today I have to do the last exercise of this week. From the beginning, I have taken a strict decision to exercise for 18 days, which I am really maintaining. I will keep it for the rest of the days, and I will be very happy to finish the 18 days.

However, as the day goes by, the challenge is getting bigger, so I am doing the exercise with confidence in my mind, thinking that I can do it makes the exercise easier for me. Today I have to finish with 126, so I start with speed from the beginning, but in the middle I am a bit slow, but I keep doing it with more speed to finish it quickly.
When my heart rate increases, the number is not ending, I get a little breathless, but I continue like my target. My strength is running out, but I have to do it, so I increase the speed again.

In this way, sweat pours from my body, and I finish with 126. After doing the exercise, I sit on the ground, and my heart rate increases. I take big breaths, and for some time, I sit, but I am getting benefits from doing my exercise.

I am more tired after doing today's exercise, and it is difficult for me to complete it. I have to practice more in the remaining 3 days, then it will be easier for me to do it.
