Today I have completed my 18-day full workout. I have been doing it since the beginning. But I have been doing it regularly for 6 weeks.

I have done the skipping rope workout from the beginning, and I have completed it in 18 days. I have chosen 3 days for this week and increased the first 2 days by 5, but on the last day I do my best, in which I do 178 skipping rope.

1st Days

The day was Monday, on the last day of last week, I did 126 skipping rope exercises. Today I will increase by 5 more and do 131. At the beginning, my heartbeat and breathing rate were normal. After the workout, it has increased. I have listed it below.

First, I prepare for the workout and put on workout clothes, and today I have to do 131; even if the number is big, I have to do it. I start holding the 2 ends of the rope. At first, I do it well, towards the end, I continue it as if the number is not ending and reach my goal.

Doing this exercise keeps my body balanced, moves all the joints of the body and makes the muscles more refreshed.

2nd Days

For the 2nd day, I chose the next day, today I have to do 136, I have been doing it with a challenge since the beginning, it seems like the 17th day has come. Today I finished at the office and got ready wearing light exercise clothes. At the beginning of the exercise, my heartbeat and breathing rate were normal.

I had a problem at first when I started. I started with confidence, thus my heartbeat started increasing towards the end. However, I reached my goal, and I completed 136 skipping ropes.

Although my heartbeat was low at the beginning, it increased after the exercise, as I determined it through an app.

As a result of doing this, my body becomes dynamic, and it plays a big role in increasing my breath. Sweat comes out of the body, and toxins in the body come out easily.

3rd Days

I exercise for 3 days in a row, so I do my 3rd day exercise on Wednesday, which was the most challenging for me because it is the last day of my 18 day, so today I planned to do my best.

I was already excited to do this exercise, because it maintains the balance of my body. Doing this keeps my heart healthy, controls blood pressure, reduces cholesterol and makes life easier.

I start the exercise, I will not increase it by 5, 10, 15 today, but today I will show my best. At first, I did well, after crossing 140, my breathing rate increased, my chest started to tighten, my arms and legs were no longer working, but I had to do it to the end, in this way, I did 178 skipping ropes.

I was active for 18 days in the competition, and as per the rules, I increased the number of exercises by 5 every day and ended the series today. I wish everyone the best of luck because exercise brings benefits to us, I didn't see it as just a competition; it was a challenge for me, but I succeeded.

You've made excellent progress throughout the challenge. Giving it your all at the very end was a great way to finish, however, I don't recommend it, as the idea is to progress while avoiding injuries. Great job!
