"SEC-S29W1:My Progressive Action (seat up with dumbbell)"

Today I will participate in a challenge by @ngoenyi mam in week 01 of Steemit challenge 29. The name of the challenge is "SEC-S29W1: Progressive Action Fitness Challenge. Exercise is very important for every person to stay healthy. I am always nervous while exercising. From today, I have taken the challenge to participate in the entire exercise challenge. I hope everyone will like my exercise.
Today I am very happy to participate in such an important challenge as exercise. I will be doing the "dumbbell sit-ups" exercise for the whole season. I don't have dumbbells, so I used a two-liter water bottle as a dumbbell. I did five dumbbell sit-ups on the first day. Since I have to exercise for three days this week for the challenge, I did five dumbbell sit-ups on the first day on Tuesday (13-01-2026). I did my exercise challenge in the electrical room in my office. I'm an electrical engineer, so I had to complete the exercise during my work break.

Since I didn't have dumbbells, I made dumbbells from two-liter mineral water bottles.
My experience of exercising on the first day:
I felt shy about exercising. But I should exercise every day. I felt very comfortable exercising on the first day. On the first day, I did a small number of dumbbell sit-ups. I did five dumbbell sit-ups on the first day. On the second day, I will increase the number. In this way, I will increase the number of dumbbell sit-ups until the eighteenth day of the challenge. My first five dumbbell sit-ups did not cause much pain. However, the exercise was very effective for my waist and stomach.

On the first day, I was nervous, so my heart rate increased. Then, after the exercise, my breathing rate increased slightly more than normal. However, after exercising on the first day, my nervousness went away. I have given my heart rate and breathing rate on the first day in a chart below.

I started my second day of exercise with dumbbells on Wednesday (14-01-2026). I was not nervous at all today. I easily completed my second day's exercise by doing eight dumbbell sit-ups. On the first day, I did five dumbbell sit-ups, so today I increased it to three times and completed a total of 15 dumbbell sit-ups.

Exercise experience on the second day:
When I exercised, my waist and stomach became normal compared to the first day. The speed of getting up and down increased compared to the first day. Since I felt less nervous today, my heart rate became normal compared to the first day. However, after the exercise, my breathing rate increased slightly because I increased the number of exercises three times compared to the first day.

I exercised on the third day, Thursday (15-01-2026). Today I increased the number of exercises compared to the second day. On the second day, I did eight dumbbell sit-ups, so today I completed the first week's exercise by doing twelve dumbbell sit-ups on the third day. Since the number of exercises will increase in the following weeks, I gradually increased the number of exercises.

Third day exercise experience:
Today, I had no nervousness about exercising. I started exercising with dumbbells easily. Today I did twelve sit-ups with dumbbells in a very short time. The pressure on my waist and abdomen is more normal. Bending my waist is easier for me than on the second day. My breathing and heart rate were much more normal. However, after the exercise, my breathing rate increased slightly because the number of exercises was higher on the third day.
