"SEC-S29W3:My Progressive Action (dumbbell sit-up)"
Steemian Friends,
Today I will participate in a challenge of @marvinvelasquez & @ngoenyi in week-03 of Steemit challenge 29. The name of the challenge is "SEC-S29W3: Progressive Action Fitness Challenge. I am very happy to participate in the fitness challenge. I hope everyone will like my writing.
Today I am starting my dumbbell sit-ups on the seventh day of the third week(26-01-2026). Last week I did 27 dumbbell sit-ups on the sixth day. Today, I will do an additional 5 dumbbell sit-ups, bringing my total to 32. I do my physical exercise at the electrical substation in my office. As an electrical engineer, I need to exercise and blog during my work hours. However, I enjoy physical exercise, and it also benefits my body a lot.
I have a fatty liver problem. The doctor has advised me to do physical exercise for an hour every day. Doing dumbbell sit-ups is very beneficial for my stomach and waist. This is a very beneficial exercise for my stomach. From this week, I am noticing the effect on my body due to increasing the dumbbell sit-ups to five times. I feel a tightness in the skin or nerves of my stomach. This symptom seems to be a sign of improvement in my body's fitness. I will have to do dumbbell sit-ups like this in the coming days. After the exercise, my breathing rate increases slightly.
Before starting exercise:
| Heart Rate | About(67 per minute) |
|---|---|
| Respiratory Rate | 15 per minute) |
After starting exercise:
| Heart Rate | About(70 per minute) |
|---|---|
| Respiratory Rate | 17 per minute) |
I completed the dumbbell exercises on the eighth day of the third week on 27-01-2026. Today I did 32+5=37 dumbbell sit-ups. Gradually, the number of dumbbell sit-ups I do is increasing. The challenge of my dumbbell sit-ups is increasing. Today I successfully did 37 dumbbell sit-ups. Every day I am increasing the dumbbell sit-ups by five times. Even today, my stomach skin and nerves feel tight. It seems that dumbbell sit-ups are benefiting my body.
When I started doing dumbbell sit-ups, my breathing was normal. But after doing 37 dumbbell sit-ups, my breathing rate increased, and my heart rate increased. I am ready to take on the challenge of increasing the number of dumbbell sit-ups in the coming days because it is very beneficial for my body.
Before starting exercise:
| Heart Rate | About(66 per minute) |
|---|---|
| Respiratory Rate | 15 per minute) |
After starting exercise:
| Heart Rate | About(71 per minute) |
|---|---|
| Respiratory Rate | 18 per minute) |
Today I completed the dumbbell sit-ups on the ninth day of the third week on 28-01-2026. Today I completed 37+5=42 dumbbell sit-ups. Today's physical exercise was very important for me. Today I increased the dumbbell sit-ups by five times compared to the eighth day. Today I noticed the effect of exercise on my body. The days ahead will be difficult for me, but I will have to continue the exercise for eighteen days. The exercise is very effective for the skin and nerves of my stomach.
In the last eight days, I increased the dumbbell sit-ups by five more times, making a total of 42. Today, towards the end of my exercise, my breathing rate increased more than before. I felt the pressure of the exercise in the muscles and skin of my arms, stomach, and legs. After the exercise, I had to rest for five minutes. Today's exercise was more difficult for me than the exercises of the last eight days. However, I am taking the challenge of continuing the dumbbell sit-ups exercise in the coming days.
Before starting exercise:
| Heart Rate | About(65 per minute) |
|---|---|
| Respiratory Rate | 14 per minute) |
After starting exercise:
| Heart Rate | About(75 per minute) |
|---|---|
| Respiratory Rate | 18 per minute) |

Hi, @mahadisalim
It's a pleasure to see that you've accepted our challenge, welcome! Here is our evaluation of your participation:
I like the progress you've made with the repetitions; however, this time, in each exercise session, I noticed you kept correcting your posture. This is due to the force of the forward momentum, caused by the effort you're making. It's almost normal when we overexert our abdominal muscles or when we're in an awkward position. You should correct one or both of these things, if that's the case. Good work!
We'll see you next week!
