"SEC-S29W6:My Progressive Action (dumbbell sit-up)"
Steemian Friends,
Today I will participate in a challenge of @marvinvelasquez & @ngoenyi in week-06 of Steemit challenge 29. The name of the challenge is SEC-S29W6: Progressive Action Fitness Challenge. I am very happy to participate in the fitness challenge. I hope everyone will like my writing.

Today was my 16th day of doing 77 dumbbell sit-ups. At first, I thought it would be very difficult. But gradually, my body has become accustomed to it. I was quite confident when I started the exercise today, because I had completed it in the previous days. Today, I did 72+5=77 dumbbell sit-ups last week.

The first 20-25 sit-ups felt relatively easy. The strength in my legs and arms was fine. However, after 40 times, I started to feel a little pressure. My thigh muscles were getting tight, and my breathing was getting a little faster. Then I told myself, “You can do it a little more, don’t stop.” In this way, I strengthened my mind and started again.
The hardest part was after 60 reps. My legs felt heavy, but I kept counting slowly. I was sweating profusely during the last 10 reps, but I still felt a sense of joy that I was almost there. When I finished 77 reps, it felt really good. It felt like I had won a little battle with myself.
From today onwards, I realized that regular exercise not only increases the strength of the body, but also strengthens the mind. Now I feel much fitter and more confident than before. The experience of the 16th day has taught me that with patience and effort, even difficult tasks become easy. I have decided to continue this habit in the coming days as well, so that I get better results.

Today was my 17th day of doing the 82 sit-ups with dumbbells. Until yesterday, I was doing 77 times, but today I aim to increase it by 5 times to a total of 82 times. I was a little scared at first when I heard the new number, because the difficulty increases with each increase in the number. Still, I gave myself courage, since I have been doing it regularly for 16 days, I can do it today.

The first 30 times after starting the exercise felt quite natural. My body got warm, and holding the dumbbells in my hands was no longer uncomfortable. After 40-50 times, I started feeling pressure in my leg muscles. Especially around the thighs and knees, I felt a burning sensation. Then I slowed down a little so that I could maintain proper balance.
After 60 times, I became very tired. I felt like stopping now, but I was encouraging myself by counting in my mind. After completing 77 times, I felt like I had achieved my previous goal, but today I had to do 5 more times. The last 5 times, I was really struggling, breathing was getting faster, and I was sweating. But I didn't give up.
After completing 82 dumbbell sit-ups, I rest for some time. My breathing rate increases. I rest for about ten minutes. Then, after my breathing becomes normal, I drink a glass of water. I feel happy because I have completed the 17th day's exercise. I keep my morale strong to do the 18th day's exercise.
Before starting exercise:
| Heart Rate | About(68 per minute) |
|---|---|
| Respiratory Rate | 17 per minute) |
After starting exercise:
| Heart Rate | About(100 per minute) |
|---|---|
| Respiratory Rate | 21 per minute) |
Today was my 18th day of doing 90 sit-ups with dumbbells(82+8=90). Until yesterday, I was doing 82 times, but today I aimed to increase it by 8 more times to 90 times. At first, the number seemed too big, but the previous 17 days of practice gave me courage. So I started the exercise with confidence. The first 30-40 times seemed relatively easy, because my body was now used to it. After 50 times, the pressure on the leg muscles started increasing, and my breathing became faster. Still, I didn't stop. After 70 times, I was feeling very tired, but I thought to myself, today is the 18th day, I can't stop after this far. The last 20 times were the hardest. The dumbbells in my hands felt heavy, my legs were shaking, but the desire to achieve the goal kept me going. When I finally finished 90 times.

But today, an unexpected incident happened to me. After 90 times of shaking, I suddenly felt dizzy. I quickly lay down at the exercise place. @sojib1996 provided me with a video recording and mental support for my 18-day exercise. He quickly held me down and gave me mental support. I lay down for about two hours. My blood pressure went down. Because I did not start exercising after eating a good, nutritious meal in the morning. Everyone, including my office colleagues, gave me orsaline, fruits, and nutritious food. I became normal after about two hours. Then I completed the 18-day challenge. I promised myself that I would make it to the end.
I would like to thank the fitness mentors of Steemit Challenge 29 for supporting me. I had a lot of problems after finishing sports and did not maintain my fitness. Dumbbell sit-ups have improved my body fitness. I will continue my exercise program at home later.

Kudos to you for your consistency! It's fantastic to see how you're tracking your numerical progress week after week. Increasing to 62 reps shows great willpower.
At the end of these 18 days, you have proven that you are the king of dumbbell seat-up. Congratulations for completing 815 dumbbell seat-ups. On week 1, you started from 5 on day one, you did 15 on day 2 and 12 on day 3. Then on the second week, you decided to stick to 5 as the number you will progress on. You have been consistent on that number until the last day when you increased by 8 instead of 5 and that gave that total number. You have done noble. You deserve a double reward.
