How to increase PRODUCTIVITY?

Most of the top-notch people I know basically have the same common traits. Below are some qualities and characteristics to increase the productivity as per my observation:

  1. Obsessively read books
  2. Pursue new mental models
  3. Enjoy intelligent discourse
  4. Quickly admit when you're wrong
  5. Comfortable changing your opinion
  6. Surround yourselves w/ intelligence
  7. Seek to understand every perspective on a topic
  8. Be open to anything
  9. Experience everything you can think of
