My Hobby-My Passion-My Profession!!!

The pictures above shows the completion and foundation work of an office-warehouse development, in which the project management was spearheaded by me. How could I have had bagged such a project with a contract sum of up to N 220,000,000.00? It was due to successful completion of the clients private residence, a fully detached duplex of 4 Bedrooms which I was also privileged to supervise. The client was convinced that if I could build his private residence with no structural defects or other problems usually associated with building construction I could also successfully deliver the construction of his office building. Ever since then the client and I have had cordial relationship and he could refer to me as a friend and his Engineer. He also noticed during the construction of his residence how hard working I was to see that the project was completed at a scheduled delivery date, and all specs met i.e Quality Assurance and Quality Control.

The Office-Warehouse Building all started with the clients brief developed by an Architect, and Structural drawings were done. Based on the designs approved, bill of quantities were developed and a program of work expressing various site activities from inception (March 2016) to completion (March 2017) of the project. The team for the construction works now sprang into action after a contract was negotiated between the client and our company.

• Finishing (Cladding, Drywall, Tiling, Painting)
• Mechanical And Electrical Installations

Through the project, there were series of accomplishment as the project was profiting, one of such accomplishments was knotting the tie with my beautiful wife on September 3rd, 2016 as seen in the picture below among others.
