Great post! I work in the IT consulting industry and it is sad to see how few women work for the companies I work for. Especially in a profession were problem solving is our life and blood we need diversity and different view points to tackle challenging problems.
I think the same is true. The truth is that the guys think more logically, but sometimes you need a little abstraction;)
