STEEM REACHOUT IN MY LOCALITY(Ibagwa Barracks)

Yesterday being the 31st of january i was invited by a friend for an event in my home town at ibagwa barracks, Akwa ibom state Nigeria.. to celebrate the passing out of the corp members of batch A stream B.
surprisingly!!! i was given an opportunity to say a few to the public... instead of making them laugh as usual i decided to teach them how to make money from social media.. i was given just two minutes to speak but when i started, the organisers told me to continue...
I HIGHLIGHTED THESE FEW POINTS
-Cryptocurrency as it relates to steemit
-Difference between steemit and other social media platforms.
-Sbd,steem power and their respective use.
-also helped some interested potential members through the registration process.
Truly!!! i was amazed at the level of attentiveness by the crowed but then..i guess it was because i had something tangible to offer..
I also made sure explained to my audience that steemit does not pay anyone for posting, rather they reward..
Therefore i urge stemians out there to buckle up, let go of shame and pride and spread the good news of steemit to the entire world.
