Thanks my new friend! It feels rather fulfilling to influence others positively and vice versa. I really do believe in the Steemit ideology and so it's easy to be passionate about it. I worked in a multinational for 7 years and didn't get the kind of encouragement, commendation & recognition that I have gotten here so far.
