We gathered around the Greek accelerator hub yesterday.

 
 
   We got together at Elliniko Iasonidos st. 51 for the "cut the pie" Greek traditional event. Whoever got the lucky "coin" at his piece of the pie was eligible to get a crpyto gift that @rouketas and @steemychicken1 named for it. The prize after all the waiting went to @annadeda. The Greek Olympic bronze medal winner at Rio Olympics 2016, so 50 steem and 50 SBD's goes to her, our lucky winner. Along goes our wishes to all for a Happy New Year.

   We were more or less about 30 steemians and some wait to become soon ones. We chatted about crypto and steemit some people had questions and they found some good peers to get answers, we had a catch up with friends and we also made some new ones. The majority of the newcomers where millennial with a lot of activities, dreams, hopes and goals in life. Getting to know every single one of them was great. They are not just another Steemit Handle anymore for me, But rather actual people with a face in my head. That does gives more trust for when it comes to whom my vote goes, and to be fair for all and have a means to follow them I already re-steemed the ones I could track from what handles they provided me with, The day didn't stop there for me, now I have to go and solve that puzzle @ruth-girld and @trumpman gifted to me. So soon suckers, I hope you enjoyed last night, I am growing to old for this things...

   @otsouvalas and his brother supported the event with everything they have, a home for the greek-trail meetings and @otsouvalas excellent photography taking skills, so we all have some nice pictures from the event, I am amazed of the fact of so many people attending. I was not expecting this much of interest to be honest, but hey it is always welcome to get surprised by that. You can see his post for more photographs of the event.
