MY THOUGHTS ON (FLANGING AUTO MACHINE).

And am gonna be writing on my thoughts about this auto flanging machine. When I posted my introduction post,I sighted about my profession being a structural engineer.

This auto flanging machine is made in China,and it comprises of many components such as:- Remote controlling box,the oil gauge,the hangers,the magnetic power, the engine and lots more..
With better explanation am gonna be highlighting the components one by one.

FIRSTLY:- THE REMOTE CONTROLLING BOX.
This control box is where the on/off switch is being fixed,the buttons for effective operations are also mounted on,and also the model and LOGO is attached.

SECONDLY:- THE OIL GAUGE.
This gauge is important on the machine because it interprets and show the level of oil available in the machine. If the oil gets dried of the vessels it may cause something else, so the the oil gauge helps determine the oil level.

THIRDLY:- THE HANGER.
This is what the cover if an haulage tank is being mounted.its flexible and strong on fixed.

FOURTHLY:- THE MAGNETIC POWER.
This is found under the hanger passed true a hose,it helps hold the iron sheet from falling off the hanger.

FIFTHLY:- THE ENGINE.
The engine is the brain power of the machine, the machine cannot work without the engine, so the engine is very important.

This flanging machine helps in curving the hedge of a haulage tank cover.
