I'm not so well right now, and I'm afraid the coming winter is not going to improve that. But hey, what can you expect when you're approaching the 70?

I'm sorry to hear that. We're getting our first snow of the season as part of a huge weather system, and I feel like Godzilla stomped on me--and I'm only 63. But yeah, you have to keep your humor up; complaining doesn't help. Hope you're feeling better soon.
Well, thanks. I just tell myself that I'm not doing all that bad, compared with some people in my age group that I know - or even have known. It is what it is, right. Nobody has survived forever, yet.
Yeah, the winter is creeping in slowly, like usual here. Its just cool and wet, nothing drastic yet. Many trees are still green, since we didn't have frosty nights so far. But this can go till christmas some years. And then, after new year, we get the big kick in the arse.

Actually, I have a feeling that would be a miserable experience.
