It is strange because it seems like a few posts got through and I'm not sure how.
Another guy figured it out. For the Permlink just use
i-want-to-make-steem-collectible-playing-cards-in-time-for-steemfest-support-please
Don't put the whole URL or @buzz.lightyear or any of that in there . I got mine to work like that.
