Exactly, that's the point. I see the MTO like a game of chance or luck which is built on the TXID used in sending your STPT to the MTO poll address. It would take a while for everyone to have a full grasp of the concept, but I guess the purpose of this MTO is to give some lucky persons the privilege to purchase a trading token at 50% discount.
i am still in doubt how MTO is going to help a crypto startup
