Is not really easy to maintain peace when someone we trust so mush hurt us to the core but then we find a way to heal and the first step to healing is to stop all form of self blame then forgive ourselves and do better next time,

I tried attempting this homework but each time I do I found myself shading uncontrollable tears this is not just a content it has a lot of connection to our heart I felt the wound in my heart were too fresh because each time I remember and try to pen it down I break down, I have once given my all to someone and trusted it with all my heart but things didn't turn out the way I expected so for days now am wallowing in self blame but here Iam in your blog reading something that has changed that mind set life happens sometimes no one is perfect sometimes we expect too mush from an imperfect human but in anything we do we should let go of self blame and assure ourselves of doing better and most importantly not to extend the hurt someone else created in our heart to other people that knew nothing about it.

Oh I felt the pains while reading your comment, it's not easy but in most cases journaling helps to let go of all this emotional stress and focus on healing.

Honestly I have read so many entries from this homework and it feels it was written just for me in some cases and also learn so many positive ways on how to manage our emotions when it seem our heart feels overwhelming from excess thinking.
