Today I have the opportunity to write about the good times that happened in my 3 days, so I will share some of the happy moments of my 3 days.
Day 1

The day was Thursday, that day was the day of the parliamentary elections in our country, which was a beautiful and happy day and moment for me. Because this is the first time I voted for a good candidate, and he was elected as the MP of our constituency. Before voting, my mind was racing with joy, and when I went to the center to vote, this made me feel more attractive.
Day 2
The day after the election was a different kind of happy moment for me, since it was a government holiday that day, I went to play a cricket match with my friends in the morning and played several matches there, and we won the game. I enjoy playing cricket; it is one of my favorite games.

The next day was Saturday, February 14, although it is known as Valentine's Day. I have kept this day special because it is Valentine's Day, and gifting roses to make the person I love happy. When I gift my wife red roses, she is very happy, and I feel even happier with her happiness.

According to the question, I have chosen to go somewhere as an activity. Actually, I like going for a walk a lot, so I went to Dhanmondi Lake in the morning, where there are trees on both sides, and a lake flows through the middle. There is a beautiful road around the lake and a bridge to walk on the road.

Dhanmondi Lake is a very famous place in Dhaka city. Everyone comes here to do morning work in the morning. I went there, and the environment is quite beautiful and like a rural environment, where there is a place to sit by the lake and equipment for common people to exercise.
Many people come here to go for a walk. When you go here in the morning or the environment is very cool and quiet.

When I suffer from depression, I go out for a walk, which gives me joy and removes depression. I am a nature lover, so enjoying nature is my favorite, and I refresh my mind by enjoying it.
Walking refreshes the mind, refreshes the brain, and relieves depression. Depression is a bad thing; it can even lead to suicide, but I think if you are depressed, doing something like walking or doing something you like can help you recover quickly and get a new life.

The story is very sad, but this story points to some important problems in our society.
🔹 What mistake did Maria make?
. Maria's choice of suicide was the biggest mistake.
Life is not limited to the results of exams or a decision; failing in HSC exams does not mean that life is over. Many people bounce back from failure.
. Not sharing their pain with anyone.
If Maria had shared this issue with a teacher, relative, friend or a respected person in the area, she might have found a solution.
. Failure to control emotions.
Vandalism or aggressive behavior was an expression of her mental anguish. But if she had used her conscience instead, she would have found a solution to the problem.
👉 What should she have done?
First, be patient and find an alternative path for her future.
Seek help from someone other than her family.
When she is depressed, she could have sought help from a mental health specialist.
You need to control your emotions and understand life. If your goals are right, success will come.
🔹 What is wrong with Maria's father?
. Ignoring the daughter's opinion.
Important decisions like marriage require the child's consent.
. Giving importance to excessive social pressure.
The child's mental well-being should have been more important than what people in society say or do.
. Not giving importance to Maria's mental state.
Maria's behavior was clear that she was mentally broken, and she needed urgent treatment, but it was not done.
👉 What should Maria's father have done?
- Listen to her daughter carefully.
Postpone the marriage and allow her to study and move independently. Treat her after she gets sick.
🔹 What was wrong with other family members?
Make unnecessary comments that put her under more mental pressure, and keep her depressed.
👉 What should they have done?
- Encourage Maria.
Accept failure as normal and work on how to achieve success later.

We all suffer from depression to some extent, so here are some tips to protect yourself from it or get rid of it. Below, I am making a chart.
- Accept the feeling
I feel depressed, and I have to accept it without denying it. This makes it easier to share it with someone you trust.
- Create a routine.
Keep a specific schedule for sleep, meals, and daily activities, and completing small tasks can boost your confidence.
- Exercise
Walking or doing light exercise for at least 20–30 minutes every day or getting some morning sunlight can help increase the “feel-good” hormones in your brain.
- Positive connections.
Spending time with friends, family, or loved ones or going out with them, can help you feel happier and help you get rid of depression.
- Treatment
Seek professional help if needed. If depression persists, talk to a psychiatrist or counselor.
