RE: 6 ideas to never be angry

in #psychology7 years ago (edited)

This is a very striking question to me "Ask yourself when anger brought to you harmony"
The truth is I think anger is just that cup of soda filled with foam, and when the foam is fried up we are just left empty and sometimes full of regrets. So yes I completely agree when you say "anger is a proof of lack of understanding of reality"
Really interesting.

I like your phrase with "anger is just that cup of soda filled with foam". Thanks for presence:)

I've had a lot of experience by living with people having anger issues; So your post practically highlighted the scenarios I've witnessed.

Family/ intimate people?
Can you give some examples? (just if you feel comfortable)

No not at all, it's mostly family.
This has made me to consciously avoid anyone who shouts on people! or has an uncontrollable temperament.
Cuz I've seen enough of it.
