Good question, and I think too many environmental factors play a role in this. But for me, my search for true happiness will begin as soon when I have no more need to think about my financial situation. Currently most people 'work to live', and we tend to say 'seek a job that makes you happy', but I regard this as BS. Not everybody can do a job they 'love', as some jobs just pay shit and will give you financial stress. Therefore I believe absolute true happiness can be found as soon as somebody has covered his/her financial plan. Because you have no more mandatory jobs to do, and you can literally search for whatever makes you happy.

I admire your thoughts my friend @timsnaj and I appreciate your response.
Work is not entertainment...work is work...and financial problems can never end...always wants grows...we got to figure out our own limit..

Exactly, work is mandatory. I consider everything that is mandatory in itself not fun, we (humans) can make our best effort in trying to enjoy it, but it is not what makes us truelly happy. True financial indepence is the way to go, I believe.
Figuring out your own limit, in the context you're giving it, is basically accepting your fate to work forever? Well, that is not my plan. :)

Our faith will hold us right. The Bible says, Ecclesiastes 9:10 - 10 Whatever your hand finds to do, do with all your might, for there is no work nor planning nor knowledge nor wisdom in the Grave
How true is that even when we want we have limited choices. Further, Psalm 62:9 sets clear - The sons of men are a mere breath, The sons of mankind are a delusion. When laid together on the scales, they are lighter than a mere breath.

Haha well, if you let faith decide your future, nothing good will come from it. It's all about working hard man :) But to each their own, I'm just not so fond on religion ^.^
