Exercises for better communication

The most remarkable thing about this improvisation is that each person plays a unique role. Moreover, he directs this story to his own channel, which entertains the pride of each participant. Member B raised the bar of history, and now the other two players need to properly move their brains to finish the story in which vampires work in the circus.

There is a simple modification of this exercise: you come up with not one word, but the whole sentence.

Exercise two: the mirror body
For this exercise, you need two people - a leader and a follower.

The leader starts with some funny posture, changes his facial expression or makes some kind of movement. The follower accurately copies what the leader does (as in our life). After five receptions, change places.

In addition, mirroring is a form of empathy, which can also be called an exercise advantage. When we repeat (consciously or not) a person, we involuntarily penetrate into them and understand this more.

Exercise Three: Emotional Roulette
Exercise requires two people and one presenter. The more people, the better. All are divided into pairs.

The first step: couples begin to communicate with each other, and the topic can be anything. After 1-2 minutes, the facilitator calls some emotions, and participants should continue the dialogue, given that they are experiencing it.
