Exercise "A glass of water".

in #psychology7 years ago

The author of this exercise is Jose Silva, a man who has become famous all over the world thanks to the complex of psychological exercises he developed - the Silva Method.
Perform it in the evening, just before bed.  Take a faceted glass beaker and fill it with clean unboiled water.  It is enough 100-150 grams.  Instead of pure water, you can use mineral water without gas.
Take the glass with two hands, close your eyes and translate the "look" upwards.  Formulate a problem that needs to be solved in the form of a question.  It is very important to formulate as accurately as possible!

After that, drink a little sips about half the water from the glass, during this process, repeat the following phrase:

"This is all I need to do to find a solution to the problem I'm thinking about."

Open your eyes, put a glass with the remaining water nearby and go to bed.  In most cases, you will get an answer to your question in a dream.  It can be some kind of clue, an idea and even a real insight.
If you wake up in the morning, you understand that now you know how to solve your problem, finish drinking the remaining water and be sure to thank your subconscious, the Universe, the Higher Forces or someone else, that is, from whom you usually expect help and  Get it.
If you have not received an answer, take the glass with both hands again, close your eyes, lift the "look" up, and repeat your question, then finish the rest of the water, saying the phrase:

"This is all I need to do to find  Solution of the problem I'm thinking about. "

This time the answer can come in the next day or two.  If the answer does not follow, then you can repeat all over again, but better think how accurately the question was formulated.

Rules for the wording of questions:

1. The question should be formulated positively.  That is, a question like "Why can not I find money to buy a car?" Will be incorrect.  First, there is a particle "not" here, and secondly, there is also a violation of the second rule, which is described below.

2. The question should be specific.  As can be seen from the example, the specifics of this issue are clearly not enough.  It would be more correct to ask, for example, the following: "How can I get money to buy a Toyota Harrier?"  Now the question is positive and quite concrete.

3. You can ask only one question at a time.  One glass of water is one problem.

4. Do not change the words in the phrase that you need to pronounce during drinking water.
