do we r who we r?
first of all, can I ask you a personal question ?
who you are? in what type of path you are on, and are satisfied with it?
are you married or single?
I don't care about what are your answers, I just want to turn your mind and force you to have more insight into yourself.
the first years that I started my career in psychology and disturbance in mental health, I found most problems are caused by ignoring. we naturally learn to ignore all unpleasant thoughts that they can butter us potentially. in this path, we ignore a part of ourselves and try to live with one incomplete model of ourselves.
it doesn't matter our today problem is anxiety or depression, one is ignoring a bad thing or experience in the past, and the other is ignoring who we are and trying to assess ourselves least than who we are.
