Starting from the witnesses, UA propagates from user to user based on its followers until equilibirum is reached. We are currently in test modus upvoting quality contributions with a high UA value (UA_author + UA_post)! Your UA_post value is 8.094.
Hello @steem-ua, although I expect these are purely bot replies, I am really happy to see this initiative start up here, and I'm hopeful you'll come up with an algorithm that will rate content based on merit and relative value, rather than just how much people can afford to pay for upvotes.
