Lhokseumawe - Monday, February 13, 2017 held in the meeting room of PT Arun NGL has conducted evaluation meeting on the verification of physical inventory of PT Arun NGL's ex assets in December 2016. Up to January 2017, physical asset inventory by State Asset Management Institute (LMAN) has been implemented together with KPKNL Lhokseumawe, and Kanwil DJKN Aceh. The meeting was attended by representatives of LMAN, Head of KPKNL Lhokseumawe along with teams, representatives of the Regional Offices of DJKN Aceh, Representatives of PT Arun NGL, Representatives of PT Pertamina Persero, Representatives of PT Perta Arun Gas (PAG) and representatives of PT Pertamina Hulu Energi (PHE). The verification of the results of the inventory of PT Arun NGL's ex-inventory assets has entered the 7 th stage with a total verification of approximately 6000 assets or approximately 75% of the total assets. These assets include assets of PT Arun NGL's residential complex, PT Arun NGL production facility, and other supporting facilities. PT Arun NGL's ex-inventory assets have been scattered in several locations, including: (1) The production location of PT Arun NGL in Blang Lancang, Kota Lhokseumawe; (2) Ex Exxon Mobile Oil Cluster III in Matangkuli, North Aceh District; (3) Ex-residential complex of PT Arun NGL, Medan-Banda Aceh Road, Lhokseumawe City, and (4) Water Intake Facility in Peusangan, Bireuen District. PT Arun Natural Gas Liquefaction, better known as PT Arun NGL, is a natural gas processing company located in Blang Lancang, Lhokseumawe City. At the time, the Arun refinery was one of the largest LNG producers in the world. But by the end of 2015 PT Arun has ceased operations as the depletion of natural gas reserves is the main raw material in the company. Currently the production location of PT Arun NGL has been decommissioned (a condition in which oil production operations (exploitation) activity has ended). This decommissioning activity involves clearing the production area of ​​PT Arun NGL from the remnants of toxic materials or other hazardous materials, so it is not harmful if PT Arun NGL's assets are returned to the state and utilized in the future. Currently, some of PT Arun NGL's former assets have been utilized by PT Perta Arun Gas for the remaining natural gas processing production activities. Besides, PT PAG also utilizes part of the housing complex for employees' residence. Head of KPKNL Lhokseumawe, Nofiansyah said, "PT Arun NGL's ex asset is expected to contribute in the form of significant State revenues to see the amount of potential utilization that can be generated from these assets, and the benefit for economic development in Aceh".
Lhokseumawe - Senin, 13 Februari 2017 bertempat di ruang rapat PT Arun NGL telah dilaksanakan rapat evaluasi pelaksanaan verifikasi hasil inventory fisik aset Eks PT Arun NGL periode Desember 2016.

Sampai dengan Januari 2017 telah dilaksanakan inventory fisik aset oleh Lembaga Manajemen Aset Negara (LMAN) bekerja sama dengan KPKNL Lhokseumawe, dan Kanwil DJKN Aceh.

Rapat tersebut dihadiri oleh perwakilan LMAN, Kepala KPKNL Lhokseumawe beserta tim, perwakilan Kanwil DJKN Aceh, Perwakilan PT Arun NGL, Perwakilan PT Pertamina Persero, Perwakilan PT Perta Arun Gas (PAG), dan perwakilan PT Pertamina Hulu Energi (PHE).

Kegiatan verifikasi hasil inventory aset Eks PT Arun NGL dimaksud telah memasuki tahap ke-7 dengan total hasil verifikasi sekitar 6000 aset atau kurang lebih 75% dari total aset. Aset-aset tersebut meliputi aset Eks komplek perumahan karyawan PT Arun NGL, fasilitas produksi PT Arun NGL, dan fasilitas-fasilitas pendukung lainnya.

Aset-aset eks PT Arun NGL yang telah dilakukan inventarisasi tersebar di beberapa lokasi, diantaranya: (1) Lokasi produksi PT Arun NGL di Blang Lancang, Kota Lhokseumawe; (2) Cluster III Eks PT Exxon Mobile Oil di Matangkuli, Kabupaten Aceh Utara; (3) Eks komplek perumahan PT Arun NGL, Jalan Medan-Banda Aceh, Kota Lhokseumawe, serta (4) Fasilitas Water Intake di Peusangan, Kabupaten Bireuen.

PT Arun Natural Gas Liquefaction, lebih dikenal dengan PT Arun NGL, adalah perusahaan pengolahan gas alam yang berlokasi di Blang Lancang, Kota Lhokseumawe. Pada masanya, kilang Arun merupakan salah satu perusahaan penghasil LNG terbesar di dunia. Namun pada akhir tahun 2015 PT Arun sudah berhenti beroperasi seiiring menipisnya cadangan gas alam yang menjadi bahan baku utama di perusahaan tersebut.

Saat ini lokasi produksi PT Arun NGL telah dilakukan decommissioning (kondisi dimana kegiatan operasi produksi (eksploitasi) Migas telah berakhir). Kegiatan decommissioning ini meliputi pembersihan area produksi PT Arun NGL dari sisa-sisa bahan beracun maupun bahan-bahan berbahaya lainnya, sehingga tidak membahayakan apabila aset Eks PT Arun NGL dikembalikan ke negara dan dimanfaatkan di masa yang akan datang.

Saat ini sebagian aset eks PT Arun NGL telah dimanfaatkan oleh PT Perta Arun Gas untuk kegiatan produksi pengolahan gas alam yang tersisa, selain itu PT PAG juga memanfaatkan sebagian komplek perumahan untuk tempat tinggal karyawannya.

Kepala KPKNL Lhokseumawe, Nofiansyah mengatakan “Aset Eks PT Arun NGL diharapkan dapat memberikan kontribusi berupa penerimaan Negara yang signifikan melihat besarnya potensi pemanfaatan yang bisa dihasilkan dari aset-aset tersebut, dan kemanfaatan bagi perkembangan perekonomian di Aceh”.
