I want my post in hottrending

I always go through the hot trending posts and find out that within 4 minute to 1 hour they are having over 200 upvotes. And i am very interested in posting in that hot post. Please steemitboard help me let my posts start to be appearing in hot trending. Thanks to you all steemians
