QE vs QT

Haejin.com: #QE is no more. The #Fed is now doing #QT (Quantitative Tightening) at $45 Bil/mo and soon $95 Bil beginning in Sept. #QT sucks liquidity out of markets & so not conducive to bull market. This bear rally gives Last Exit opportunity?
