RE: QOD - “Why Is It Our Pockets Are Only Empty When It Comes To Education And Healthcare For Our Kids?"[qod]

in #qod8 years ago (edited)

Of the U.S. Federal Government's 2018 Budget of some $4.17 Trillion dollars, some 46% will go to Government pensions and Defense (both ridiculous). 36% will go towards health and welfare (8% for welfare).
The U.S. spends a good portion on social services, but is it really enough?

Can America say it is in a "good place" right now?

Would flipping the budget numbers to 46% for Health and Welfare and lowering government pay/entitlement down to 36% while also diminishing U.S. world aggression be better for America and the World?

Just askin'.........

..any money is never enough with a socialist mindset - until it's eventually eats itself..

U.S. world aggression be better for America and the World?

...this only benefits the military industrial complex, no one else..
