How do you call somebody who likes technology?

I was translating one of my posts to english (I'm spanish), but then I see that there is not a literal translation for "Informático" in english, in spanish, an "informático" is someone who likes technology, like computers, smartphones, videogames, and other things, I saw that there is the geek word, but it is not literally the same as "informatico", is there any other synonymous for it or a literal translation for the word?
