True, but if I only want to share my ideas I will do it on YouTube or Facebook. Their user rate is higher per minute than Steemit's is for the day.

the quote reminds me of this...

im using both facebook and steemit, and twitter as well... ive been posting and ranting and opining and researching and aggregating the news on facebook especially for almost a decade, obsessively even. lol

i wish i had found steemit sooner, id be alot further ahead than i am now, but thats okay. ive been finding a way to use facebook like i usually do, but then transfer the ideas and comments i post there, and take the time to make it into a blog over here. then share the results back on facebook and twitter.

steemit hopefully will keep growing, and someday we will be slightly bigger fishes with a bigger audience. :)

im finding it difficult to find people to add and follow, because alot of accounts are inactive...

As for people following and to follow, you are right inactive accounts and tons of bots. I have been on here for almost 2 months and I have 105 followers. I am pretty sure that 90 of them are bots. I swear I only have about 8 participating followers.

Most definitely. I wish there was a way to remove bot followers or accounts meant to become resteeming sellers, accounts following everyone with no posts of their own.

Someone made an app to show whos a bot or not but im not sure where or what app it is.

I forgot to mention that their is a saying for this and you may have heard it. "The squeaky wheel gets the grease" It always seems that those in the minority make the most noise about their agenda.
