Ohhhh what honor to be here, i love that you feel and consider important our local dishes, cooking with the leaves colected diretly from our garden and mountain, specially when the plants offered the yam shoots and of course our exquisite Santa María leaf the smell and tasted it is inconditional, you forget completely the fish smell only smell the combination of this great plants for our dishes.
