Yeah I think that 200 rate is gone forever. lol I definitely noticed the rise. It seems like it should be coming back down though if earnings goes down some more.
You mean the 20% rate? I have seen it a few times above that this week.
I think the 200 Steem rate would be listed as about 22% on Minnowbooster if it was for 13 weeks
btw do you know if someone upvotes a post of you that's more than a week old, does that still get paid out?
