building a real estate portfolio with no money

Hey. I've found that there is very little, if any, content on Steemit that's real estate related. This is sad! Anyways, I am about to embark on a journey of building a real estate portfolio without any of my own money. As I've been obsessed with cryptocurrency these last few months, I am quite certain that this is the perfect place to document and communicate about my triumphs, failures, and hopefully overall success and learning curves. I have the first 8 properties or so that I am planning to acquire with none of my own money. I have just recently sent out the proposals to the sellers for how I want to buy them. Wish me luck, and I'll let you know how it goes in due time! Waiting for their response is the most painful part :) Hoping I can relax this weekend and hear good things this coming week!
