Banyumas Chicken Soto, Classic Taste that is always fun from time to time

It's been a long time since I shared a post on steemit. today I will share the classic recipe posting.
No need to further ado just go straight to the discussion of this post.
Materials needed:
- ½ chicken tails, cut 4
- 100 g small bean sprouts
- 2 tomatoes, diced
- 2 leek stalks, finely sliced
- 2 L water
- 4 garlic cloves
- 5 lemongrass stems, bruised
- 3 bay leaf sheet
- 1 teaspoon coriander
- 8 hazelnut seeds
- 3 nutmeg
- 50 g white pepper powder salt
- 100 g, fried peanuts
- 3 Garlic cloves, fried
- 25 g brown sugar
- 10 red chili, fried salt
The next step is how to cook it:
Blend all ingredients with a spice paste, except lemon grass and bay leaves
Mash all ingredients of peanut sauce until oily.
Boil chicken in 2 liters of water until cooked, shred the chicken and set aside the broth.
Saute the spices until fragrant. Add the lemongrass and bay leaves.
Add to chicken stock, stir well. Add salt to taste.
Arrange the bean sprouts, shredded chicken and tomatoes in a bowl. Flush with hot chicken soup.
Sprinkle sliced scallions and fried onions. Sprinkle crackers crackers and add Soy Sauce. Serve with rice or rice cake and peanut sauce..
