Stir-fried Spicy Sweet Clams | Recipe
Hi everyone today, I will share the recipe for Saute Sweet Spicy Shellfish Sauce, Alternative Version of Stew that does not lose delicious.Go straight to the place if the matter hehe
Prepare the ingredients:
600g virgin scallops, wash thoroughly, boil, take the meat
50g pineapple, cut into pieces
5 cloves of garlic, bruised
2 red chilies, diced, chopped seeds
3 cm ginger, bruised
2 sdm Bango Sweet Soy Sauce
1 sdm soy sauce
5 sdm of oil, for sauteing
200ml of water
The way to make it is quite simple:
first Saute garlic, ginger, and chili until fragrant.
Second, add clams, Bango Soy Sauce, and Soy Sauce. Stir well.
Next Pour water, cook until the sauce thickens then add pineapple. Cook for a moment.
And finally serve warm accompanied by white rice.
