Recipe: Tomato biryani

Cloves - 3

Cinnamon - 3 pieces

Cumin - 3 teaspoons

Muri - half teaspoon
A
Onions - 1 (kuchi)

Ginger-Garlic Bata- 1 teaspoon

Turmeric powder - 1/2 teaspoon

Raw pepper - 3 (irritated)

Tomato puree - 3 cups
A
Chili powder- half teaspoon
A
Biriyani Masala - 3 teaspoons

Salt - 1 teaspoon or like

Carrot - Half (cubes)

Beans - 2 tbsp
A
Dhanapata Kuchi - 1 tbsp
A
Coconut milk - 3 cups
A
Mint leaf kuchi - 2 tbsp

Water - 3 cups
Ready system
A
Heat ghee in a pressure cooker and squeeze it with all the powder and spice. Give all the vegetables, tomato puree and coconut milk. Stir with 3 cups of water. Now strain the pressure cooker with rice. When the two cities rise, serve hot.
