Soft and melt Indian (Gujarati) Recipe Khandvi

Hello! Today i made a famous Indian (Gujarti) dish at my home.Its name Khandvi. We made khandvi very easily at our home. So now i tell you how to make Khandvi.

Ingredients

  • Gram floor
  • Chilli paste
  • Turmeric
  • Butter milk
  • Salt

Now take one bowl and add gram floor, chilli paste,turmeric and salt and mix well now add buttermilk and again mix it well so there is no lumps in it.Now take a cooker and add water at bottom of the cooker and a dish of this liquid put in cooker and close cooker and cooked it untill three whistles.Open a cooker and again mix it well and spread immediately on both side of dish and put off 10 minute for cool it and now cut and roll tight of it.So plain khandvi is ready.

Take a one pan and add oil,mustard,sesame,red chili,curry leaves, asafoetida and splutter it and tempering on Khandvi and ready to serve.We decorated it with fresh coconut and coriander.
