These look good, but I'm wondering what "4 protein;" refers to, since I've been cooking for decades, and I've never come across an ingredient simply called protein.
Does this refer to eggs?

You might also note for your American audience that 160 degrees is Centigrade, not Fahrenheit, which wouldn't bake cookies brown in a long, long time. ;-)
