Egg and Potato Mediterranean Salad
Boil small Charlotte Potatoes (skins on) total 30mins
Boil egg 7 mins
Grab a bowl and input cut:
.Cucumber
.Tomato
.Lettuce
.Spring onion
.Parsley
.Mint,
Secret:
When taking out the boiled eggs place directly under cold water for about 1 minute. This will help peal easier.
Lastly mix all together with:
Olive oil
Lemon
Black pepper
(Can add salt although not needed)
And walla 😉
