My son was bored of french fries, his favourtie food. He requested me to make some amazing and exciting dish from potato, as he was craving potatoes. I therefore searched this recipe form google and made at once. It is very yummy, cozy and so cute that my son said " I do not want to destroy these nests". But I love potatoes and I craving badly for it. Really the nests and the eggs were so cute that no one would like to destroy these nests. I posted this recepe on my steemit blog. Ingredients:

1. Potatoes 1/2 Kg
2. Salt 1/2 teaspoon
3. Black Pepper 1/2 teaspoon
4. Egg 1
5. Cheez A big piece

For Decoration

1. Bread Crumbs
2. Ketchup
3. Green Chilli Sauce

Cooking Directions:

1. First of all wash, peel and boil potatoes.
2. Mash the potatoes.
3. Add salt and black pepper into it.
4. Mix the ingredients well. Mixture should be a bit firm or thick to form nests.
5. Beat the egg well.
6. Make medium sized nests from mixture, dip into egg mixture and roll into bread crumbs.
7. Then shallow fry the nests.
8. Make small eggs from cheez and fry till golden.
9. Add some ketchup in nest or green chilli sauce.
10. Now place two to three chees eggs in nests.
11. Serve hot with curd or ketchup or any sauce you like.
