Hope you all will be happy and enjoying healthy life. Today I am going to share with you my favourite childhood "Okra " recipe which is still my favourite one. My mother cooked this type of Okra more than other vegetables. Les us start the recipe

Ingredients
- Fresh Okra ! KG (Washed and air dry and remove the head and tail, then cut into pieces)
- Onion 2 medium size (Chopped)
- Cumin Seeds. (1 Table Spoon)
- Red Chilli Whole 4 to 5 or accordinig to taste.
- Green Chilli 4 to 5 or according to taste.
- Cooking Oil Half Cup
Instructions:
- First Heat oil in a pan.
- Put onions into it.
- When onion turns pink in color and started its aroma then put cumin seeds and red whole chilli into it.
- Saute it for a moment and then put Okra into it.
- Saute it and pour half a cup water into it.
- Then put the lid onto it.
- Leave it for 5 to seven minutes.
- Then remove the pan from stove.
- Serve it with lemon, salad and curd sauce.
