Hello! My Steemian friends! I hope you all will be doing well. I am really thankful to all you who appreciate my blog and try my recipes at home. Friends I know you all are busy in your life but I with all our whole day activities we need food that is delicious and healthy. We all cook food hanging with all our routine work. Everyone wants to cook food quickly. I am working lady and all the day I am in hurry so I want to cook food in few minutes so that I often use pressure cooker and some ways that help me cook my food easily and quickly. Today I am sharing with you a delicious recipe that is quick, easy, healthy with a few ingredients. So let us start our recipe of Potato with minced meat. Kindly share If you like it.

Introduction:

It is very healthy and delicious. I liked it very much. I make it every week. Minced meat and potato is favourite food of everyone. May be most of you people cooked this type of recipe but my recipe is a quick and easy version. when you are hungry and you want food in minutes you should try it. I have a lot of quick recipes because I like to cook food in few minutes. I think that it is not fair to spend lot of time in cooking.

Ingredients:

  1. Minced Meat 1/2 Kg
  2. Potato 1/2 Kg
  3. Tomato 2 Medium sized
  4. Onion 2 Medium sized
  5. Red Chill Powder 1 Teaspoon
  6. Turmeric Powder 1/2 Teaspoon
  7. Cuminseeds 1 Teaspoon
  8. Oil 1 Medium Cup
  9. Salt 1 Teaspoon
    10.Black pepper corns 1 Teaspoon
  10. Water 1 glass
  11. Ginger/Garlic Paste 1 Tablespoon
    13 Green Chillies (Optional)

Procedure:

  1. First of all In a pan add Minced meat, onion, tomato, ginger/garlic paste and all the spices with half glass of water.
  2. Saute it on medium flame till the water dried.
  3. Add oil and Mix it up when the oil separates from the ingredients.
  4. Pour the mixture into a pressure cooker and add potatoes that have been cut in medium sized pieces with one glass of water.
  5. Tight the lid of cooker and wait for 2 whistles.
  6. Let the pressure released.
  7. Add in fresh coriander leaves and thin slices of ginger and green chillies for decoration.
  8. Serve it hot with flat bread or boild rice
