Recipe: Apple tart
Hi guys,
Today I'm sharing this very easy recipe I tried at home.
You just need
- 4 apples
- 40g butter
- 10g sugar
- puff pastry
It's very straight forward:
- Peel and cut the apples very thin and place them on the puff pastry
- Sprinkle with butter and sugar
- Bake at 190C for 45 minutes

I recommend you don't slice the apples in half: keep them whole and use an utensil to remove the core. It looks better that way !
oh and also don't hesitate to add a layer of compote or jam under the apples if you want !
