Ingredients
two cups whole milk
half cup condensed milk
quarter cup dry milk powder
two teaspoons white sugar
half teaspoon ground cardamom
one pinch saffron threads
quarter cup chopped pistachio nuts
Instructions:
Mix the milk, condensed milk, and dry milk powder together in a heavy-bottomed pan and bring to a boil. Add the sugar, cardamom, and saffron to the boiling milk; reduce fire to low and simmer, mixing frequently, for ten minutes. Remove from fire and allow to cool to room temperature; fold the pistachio nuts into the mixture.
Add the mixture into popsicle molds and freeze till frozen, about one hour
