Ingredients

one cup finely chopped fresh cilantro
half cup finely chopped fresh mint leaves
one tablespoon ginger garlic paste
one tablespoon lemon juice
one tablespoon green chile paste
one tablespoon salt
one pound skinless, boneless chicken breast halves - cut into chunks

Instructions:

In a large bowl, grind together the cilantro, mint leaves, ginger garlic paste, lemon juice, green chile paste, and salt. Add the chicken in the bowl, and rub with the mixture. Cover, and refrigerate twot to three hours.

Put the chicken in the baking dish, and broil twenty minutes, or till chicken juices run clear.
