Sushi Vinegar
Ingredients:
two cups rice vinegar
one and half cups white sugar
one and half tablespoons salt
one eight lemon, juiced
Instructions:
Stir the rice vinegar, sugar, salt, and lemon juice together in a pan till the sugar and salt have dissolved; bring the mixture almost to a simmer over low fire, but not allow to boil. Remove from fire and allow to cool completely. Store in refrigerator..
