Pumpkin Pie
Ingredients
two cups all-purpose flour
half cup white sugar
quarter cup brown sugar
one teaspoon baking powder
one teaspoon baking soda
half teaspoon ground cinnamon
quarter teaspoon ground cloves
quarter teaspoon ground ginger
quarter teaspoon ground nutmeg
quarter teaspoon salt
one can pumpkin puree
quarter cup canola oil
one tablespoon vanilla extract
INSTRUCTIONS
Preparation Time: 10 minutes
Cooking Period: 20 minutes
Ready In: 30 minutes
Sift flour, white sugar, brown sugar, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, cloves, ginger, nutmeg, and salt together in a bowl. Mix pumpkin, canola oil, and vanilla extract into flour mixture till become a thick batter forms. Pour batter into prepared baking pan.
Bake in the 375 degrees F of preheated oven with lightly grease a nine-inch square baking pan, till a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean, twenty minutes.
