Peel A Pound Soup

1 Head of Cabbage
4 Large Onions (can use up to 6)
1 Large bunch of Celery
1 Large Green Pepper
1 Large can Tomatoes ( I use diced and sodium reduced)
1 Pkg Onion Soup Mix (Also Sodium reduced)
3 Large Carrots and or 1 Zucchini

Wash all vegetables thoroughly ( I like to get mine fresh from the farmers market) No GMOS just organic
Cut all the vegetables into bite size pieces
Add all vegetables into Slow Cooker or Stock Pot
Add water just enough to cover the vegetables
Add Can of tomatoes and soup mix, I like to add some hot sauce and garlic and pepper as well for flavouring
Bring all to boil and the turn down med/low cover and stir occasionally until vegetables are soft enough to eat
Enjoy!!!

I use the hot sauce because it activates the fat burning hormone to aid in losing weight. It also uses more calories to digest this soup so that also helps aid in the weight loss
Eat a bowl in between meals to help burn the calories you would normally eat with your meals.
